Job summary

IQVIA Bogotá is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Safety Program Lead to manage large regional and global projects spanning clinical trial and post-market activities. You will provide leadership for customer-facing activities and oversee operational service delivery across the opportunity lifecycle, aligning by accounts.

May collaborate with global management and partners to expand business and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
4–6 years of clinical research experience in CRO/pharma; includes 4 years in Lifecycle Safety.
2 years of project management experience.
Strong knowledge of global/regional/local clinical research regulations (GCP, ICH, IQVIA SOPs).
PMI-PMP certification preferred; willingness to expand Lifecycle Safety expertise.

Responsibilities

Manage start-up of new projects using SOPs and best practices; identify risks and mitigation.
Oversee customer interface and ensure effective communication for projects/programs.
Represent Lifecycle Safety on projects and be primary client contact.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure global consistency in materials.
Manage project planning, timelines, scope, quality, and finances.
Develop and defend proposed solutions, pricing strategies, and budget assumptions.
Provide leadership for customer-facing collateral and governance activities.
Drive customer loyalty through strong relationships and service excellence.
