Job summary

IQVIA Inc. is seeking a seasoned Lifecycle Safety Program Manager to oversee management and service delivery excellence across regional and global projects. You will lead customer-facing activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure global consistency in safety governance and communications.

You will collaborate with management and partners to develop strategic initiatives, defend proposed solutions and pricing, and drive contract renewals and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• 4-6 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• 4 years in Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management).
• 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle safety projects and client communications.
• Represent Lifecycle Safety on projects and serve as primary point of contact.
• Oversee project planning, timelines, deliverables, and budgeting.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives.
• Support governance with Safety SME input and audits.
