Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role you will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics, and drive end-to-end testing across the Manhattan WMS ecosystem.

You will collaborate with ERP and TMS interfaces, define integrations, and provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS. A strong IT background and Agile delivery are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Experience with system integration standards and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics and user stories for development.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
