Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to provide counseling in a hybrid role combining in-office and remote work. You will complete documentation, assess patients, and participate in developing individualized care plans in a diverse outpatient setting.

Must hold an active California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/Clinical Psychologist). The role offers a $100,000–$125,000 starting salary, a $5,000 signing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package with

• Must hold active registration in good standing with the State of California in one of the listed licensure categories.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling sessions to assigned patients.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Develop individualized care plans with the care team.
• Address co-occurring disorders and coordinate with case managers.
