Inchcape Digital in Colombia is seeking a Level 3 Vulnerability Management Analyst to advance our security program. As a senior technologist, you will lead identification, prioritization, and remediation, guiding cross-functional teams and shaping risk-based decisions.

You will mentor L1-L2 analysts, report on KPIs to executives, and drive strategic improvements across ASM, CSPM, web app security testing, and exposure management. A strong CTI foundation is essential.

Formación

• Significant experience in Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, or Security Operations.
• Advanced knowledge of risk-based vulnerability management and remediation governance.
• Extensive experience with Tenable is required; however, we will also consider applicants with deep expertise in comparable platforms such as Qualys, Rapid7, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience with Attack Surface Management (ASM), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), web application security testing, and exposure management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience developing security metrics, dashboards, and governance reporting.
• Proven mentoring and technical leadership capabilities.

• Lead critical vulnerability response and cross-functional remediation efforts.
• Develop executive reporting, KPIs, and risk metrics to provide visibility into the organization’s security posture.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to Level 1 and Level 2 analysts.

Our Security Team is looking for The Level 3 Vulnerability Management Analyst is a senior technical role responsible for helping to drive the maturity and effectiveness of Inchcape's Vulnerability Management program. The role requires a deep level of technical understanding of vulnerability management and supporting approaches including attack surface management, cloud security posture management, web application security testing and automated penetration testing. The role requires a strong understanding of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) principles and threat-informed defence strategies. Experience consuming and applying threat intelligence to vulnerability management activities, enabling informed risk-based decisions, prioritisation of remediation efforts, assessment of emerging threats and alignment of security controls to the evolving threat landscape would all be beneficial to the role.
