Job summary

Michael Page busca un abogado titulado en Colombia con 2 a 4 años de experiencia para un rol legal en una empresa multinacional de dispositivos médicos y consumo. Se prioriza experiencia en protección al consumidor, contratos y asuntos de bienes raíces. Se requiere especialización en áreas comerciales o contractuales y manejo de plataformas Legisway/Hiperlex.

El modelo de trabajo es híbrido 4+1 con contrato por proyecto de un año y nivel de inglés B2. Residencia en Colombia.

Qualifications

• Abogado con título de una universidad colombiana.
• Especialización de posgrado en Derecho Comercial y/o Derecho Contractual es una fortaleza.
• Dos a cuatro años de experiencia en rol legal similar en la industria de dispositivos médicos o bienes de consumo.
• Experiencia en trabajar con multinacionales y manejo de protección al consumidor y asuntos de bienes raíces.

Responsibilities

• Preparar opiniones legales en respuesta a consultas de clientes internos.
• Identificar y reportar riesgos legales de forma oportuna a los decision-makers.
• Redactar y revisar contratos y enmiendas, coordinar firmas.
• Mantener matriz de seguimiento de contratos y documentos societarios del grupo.
• Actualizar registros de Intake Forms y de las plataformas Virtual Contract, Hiperlex y Legisway.
• Brindar asesoría legal en asuntos de protección al consumidor ante la SIC y ante notificaciones judiciales.
• Defender los intereses de la empresa conforme a la normativa de protección al consumidor y al Código General de Procedimiento.

Prepare legal opinions in response to inquiries submitted by internal clients

Ensure the timely identification of legal risks within the Company's operations and report them to the appropriate decision-makers.

Draft and review contracts and amendments to which the Company's legal entities and parent companies are parties, and coordinate the signature process.

Ensure the timely identification of legal risks within the Company's operations and report them to the appropriate decision-makers.

Manage and maintain the contract tracking matrix and corporate documents of the Group's legal entities.

Ensure the timely identification of legal risks within the Company's operations and report them to the appropriate decision-makers.

Continuously update the tracking records for Intake Forms and the Virtual Contract, Hiperlex, and Legisway platforms, as well as the corporate information available for the Company's legal entities.

Ensure the timely identification of legal risks within the Company's operations and report them to the appropriate decision-makers.

Review and provide legal support in consumer protection matters involving the Group's legal entities before the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, in response to official requests, legal notices, and service of process issued by the authority.

Ensure the timely and appropriate defense of the Company's interests in accordance with the Colombian Consumer Protection Statute and the General Code of Procedure, with the aim of mitigating potential penalties.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

Qualified lawyer with a law degree from a Colombian university. A completed postgraduate specialization in areas such as Commercial Law and/or Contract Law will be considered a strong asset during the selection process.

Two to four years of experience in a similar legal role within the medical device and/or consumer goods industry. Direct experience working with multinational companies, as well as handling consumer protection and real estate matters.

Qué Ofrecemos

Work arrangement: Hybrid 4+1 model, with four days per week in the office and one day working from home. One-year project-based employment contract.Salary: COP 6,000,000 per monthB2 level of English required.
