Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead, Business Impact, Learn to activate business outcomes and measurement strategies across Learn. The role partners with HR Digital, Practice Areas, and Learn leadership to define success measures, evaluate outcomes, and drive portfolio decisions.

Based in Bogota or Sao Paulo with hybrid work, the role requires strong analytics, reporting, and insight generation. The candidate will translate evidence into actionable insights, develop executive-ready dashboards,

Formación

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
5+ years of experience in learning measurement, program evaluation, or analytics.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across global teams.
Experience developing outcome-focused scorecards, reports, and insights.

Responsabilidades

Translate the Head’s business outcomes and measurement strategy into practical workplans and reporting routines.
Define outcome measures and evaluation approaches at program design outset.
Analyze learning effectiveness and business impact across portfolios.
Translate evidence into executive-ready insights and decision tools.
Enable portfolio decisions with evidence-based recommendations and resource prioritization.
Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple programs and stakeholders.
