Softgic is seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead client projects delivering UCaaS or CCaaS solutions. You will craft and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation, guiding teams to achieve ROI and project milestones.

You will create go-live checklists and UAT plans, document processes, support client and internal calls, and analyze operational data to demonstrate impact. Fluency in English and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Formación

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Business Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Prepare documentation, status reports and meeting notes.
• Track progress, resolve issues and capture key decisions throughout projects.
• Create go-live checklists and UAT plans, and document processes.
