Formación

• Five+ years of relevant experience as a developer/lead.
• Experience leading and managing development teams.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean architecture.
• Proven track record building cloud-based, microservice backend services.
• Proficiency in Python backend with FastAPI, Asyncio, and dependency management.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build backend services meeting performance and reliability goals.
• Shape future architecture through architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, testable code across services.
• Lead code reviews to maintain quality and standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues.
• Support deployment and operational health of cloud-based apps.
• Drive improvements in engineering practices and tooling.
• Participate in planning and effort estimation for initiatives.
• Mentor fellow engineers across the development lifecycle.
