Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a motivated Warehouse/Machine Operator for the First Shift in the United States. Join a global company with a long history and strong values.

Responsibilities include operating machinery, fulfilling orders, maintaining safety, and supporting quality control. You will handle material weighing, RF gun picking, batch preparation, housekeeping, shift handoffs, and communication with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic weights for formulas using math.
• Able to read and interpret directions and order details.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation and Order Fulfillment (65%): prepare materials and use RF Gun to locate, weigh, and batch materials, run machinery and ensure safety protocols.
• Housekeeping (15%): maintain clean and organized worksite, remove debris and clean equipment.
• Staging and Shift Handoff (5%): prepare materials for next shift for a smooth handoff.
• Quality Control (10%): ensure materials are not expired, collect samples, adjust batches to meet specifications.
• Equipment & Materials (5%): communicate needs, shortages, and maintenance requirements to leadership.
