Publicis Groupe busca un Lead Print Designer en Bogotá para liderar la entrega de diseños impresos y optimizar flujos de trabajo a través de templates y automatización. Deberá coordinar con Producción, Arte Final y QA, garantizando la calidad y cumplimiento de guías de marca a nivel regional.

Se valora experiencia en entornos de agencia o red global, manejo avanzado de InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop y un enfoque de mejora continua para acelerar el time-to-market.

Formación

• 7+ años de experiencia en diseño e impresión.
• Experiencia liderando equipos o proyectos multi-mercado.
• Dominio avanzado de InDesign, Illustrator y Photoshop.
• Conocimientos de sustratos, técnicas de impresión y gestión de color.
• Historial de mejora de procesos y automatización en flujos de impresión.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la entrega de diseño impreso a través de marcas y campañas.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de guías de marca, especificaciones técnicas y estándares de producción.
• Definir y estandarizar flujos de trabajo, plantillas y buenas prácticas.
• Impulsar la adopción de automatización para reducir trabajo manual repetitivo.
• Colaborar con equipos de Producción, Arte Final y QA para preimpresión sin errores.

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Lead Print Designer with extensive experience leading complex print design operations across multiple markets within agency, production, or global network environments. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end print design workflows, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest technical, brand, and production standards while driving efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement. The Lead Print Designer will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, partnering closely with Production, Final Artwork, QA, and Technology teams, while mentoring Senior and Mid-level Designers to build a high-performing, future-ready print capability. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in print craft with a strong leadership and optimization mindset, leveraging automation, templating solutions, and best practices to enhance quality, reduce rework, accelerate speed-to-market, and deliver outstanding business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee print design delivery across multiple brands, campaigns, or regions.
• Ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines, technical specs, and production standards (print and hybrid).
• Define, document, and enforce standardized workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Drive adoption of automation (e.g., smart templates, batch layouts, scripted actions, AI assisted checks) to reduce manual repetitive work.
• Collaborate with Final Artwork, Production, and QA to secure flawless prepress output and reduce error rates.
• Partner with Technology teams to evaluate and implement tools that support layout automation, preflight, online proofing, and collaboration.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and rework metrics; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead complex or high visibility projects, acting as creative technical escalation point.
• Support training programs, onboarding, and upskilling for Junior, Mid, and Senior Designers.
• Contribute to transformation projects that connect print design with digital, modular, and data driven content ecosystems.

Cualificaciones

• 7+ years of experience in print design and production environments.
• Proven experience leading teams or complex multi-market print projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and prepress tools.
• Strong knowledge of substrates, printing techniques, finishing, and color management.
• Demonstrated experience improving processes, efficiency, or automation in print workflows.
