Publicis Production Hub - Colombia busca un Diseñador de Producción para realizar tareas complejas de producción técnica y entregar materiales impresos y digitales de alta calidad. Coordinará con el equipo creativo para mantener la coherencia de la marca en campañas, y preparará archivos listos para impresión y entrega.

Formación

• Ample experience in layout and final file delivery for print and digital media.
• Proficient in InDesign for production and layout edits.
• Knowledge of processes for print production.
• Production-ready formatting and versioning.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating print materials and physical deliverables.
• Minimum B2 English level, detail-oriented, and strong communication/presentation skills.

At Publicis Production Hub - Colombia we are seeking for a Production Designer. The Production Designer produces complex technical production tasks and maintains the delivery quality, is responsible for creating mechanicals, final print and digital deliverables for Direct Mail, print Ads, Out of Home (OOH), and work along with Digital email banners and basic animated GIF files. Additionally, the Production Designer oversees customer comments, manages requests, and ensures brand consistency across marketing initiatives. Keeping abreast of the latest design trends and tools, this role contributes to elevating the brand’s presence across diverse media platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop aesthetically appealing designs, execute a variety of print assets, and ensure creative excellence for marketing campaigns, print materials, and other promotional materials.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a consistent visual style across final assets, adapting and resizing assets for various media platforms and formats.
• Manage production tasks, including cleaning images, prepping files, and preparing assets for delivery, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Template adjustments and refinements
• Ensuring brand compliance and consistency
• Preparing files and assets to be print-ready
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously applying knowledge to enhance creative outcomes.
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to contribute to successful design solutions.

Cualificaciones

• Extensive experience in layout and final file delivery for print and digital media.
• InDesign proficiency for production and layout edits
• Have an in-depth knowledge of all processes needed for print production
• Production-ready formatting and versioning
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other software). Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote, Figma
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and PDFs
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design and conceptualization skills applied to print materials and physical deliverables
• Minimum B2 English level, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
