Simplex Health in Colombia seeks an ambitious Lead Patient Operations Specialist to drive referral conversions, educate prospective clients on insurance coverage, copays, and authorizations, and manage patient escalations with empathy and precision.

You will begin hands-on with frontline workflows, then accelerate to operational leadership as you demonstrate process improvements, coach peers, and help shape the practice administration path within the organization.

Formación

• 2+ years in healthcare operations, front desk, call center or related sales/customer service.
• Proven ability to convert referrals and deliver empathetic patient care.
• Strong service recovery skills and objection handling.
• Solid proficiency with Healthie, Google Workspace, and EHR platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Direct execution of referral conversion and patient relations.
• Engage inbound/outbound calls to convert hesitant prospects into clients.
• Manage patient escalations and resolve billing or scheduling issues.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage, copays, and authorizations.
• Optimize schedules using EHR systems while maintaining accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Lead with training, coaching, and cross-department collaboration.
