Job summary

Lumitrio, a growing technology consulting firm, is seeking a Lead Data Governance & ERP Data Specialist to drive SAP MM data strategies for pharmaceutical projects. You will own material master data, govern lifecycle, and ensure quality across ERP and PLM integrations.

Join a collaborative team to mentor analysts, influence stakeholders, and deliver KPI-driven improvements through dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. Fluent English and Portuguese are required.

Qualifications

Experience with ERP data governance and SAP MM/MRP purchasing
Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivots
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Understanding of data quality practices and governance
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
Experience with BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and data governance frameworks

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and govern material master data across ERP systems (SAP MM or similar)
Manage material lifecycle (create, extend, modify, retire)
Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and audits
Support data migration and system integrations (PLM, MDM, Finance, Planning)
Develop and maintain SOPs and data standards
Track KPIs such as error rates, cycle times, and data quality metrics
Build and interpret reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Quality, R&D)
