Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Financial Data Governance Analyst in Medellín, Colombia. You will support governance of finance master data across SAP and non-ERP systems, ensuring data quality and compliance with controls.

You will collaborate with BUCs, IT, FP&A, and CAO to enable accurate reporting and process improvements. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting SOX controls and enterprise data strategy while partnering with Accenture and internal teams on data governance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Experience in finance operations, master data, ERP support, or data governance preferred.
Experience in a complex/global business environment is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Responsibilities

Support financial master data operations and governance across SAP and non-ERP platforms.
Maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency in master data.
Execute governance activities, controls, and service expectations.
Identify data gaps and risks, escalate remediation as needed.
Prepare and support metric reporting and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders on ERP/non-ERP decisions and reporting needs.
