• Advanced English for client-facing interactions.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own architecture decisions, guide engineering standards, and help scale high-impact systems used in real production environments.

🔧 What you'll work on:

• Lead full stack development across backend (ASP.NET C#) and frontend (React)
• Define architecture for scalable, high-performance applications
• Build and optimize APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Ensure clean code, maintainability, and system reliability
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar on engineering practices
• Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams
• Deploy and operate applications in Azure environments with CI/CD pipelines

• 7+ years in full stack development
• Strong expertise in .NET (C#), React, and SQL Server
