Perficient in Colombia seeks an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to enhance their collaborative team in LATAM. The successful candidate will drive the software development lifecycle, overseeing aspects from planning and design to deployment. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies while helping clients optimize their digital experience.

This role requires expertise in C#, .NET Core, and React, among others, aiming for impactful contributions across projects. The position offers comprehensive benefits and promotes a healthy work/life balance.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack software development experience in production environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core for backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and object-oriented design principles including SOLID.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and comfort working with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in complex production environments.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend development using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and support modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Contribute to modern delivery practices including Docker, CI/CD automation.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and distributed engineering teams.
• Work with relational and non-relational data stores.
• Apply strong debugging and investigative skills to analyze logs.
• Bring curiosity toward AI-assisted development tools.
