EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Scientist / Data Analyst to design, validate, and deploy scalable ML models that standardize clinical signalment attributes and derive health-predisposition insights from high-volume data pipelines.

You will lead deterministic-first modeling, rigorous evaluation, and production transition with governance, documentation, and collaboration with domain SMEs to refine labels and strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science/machine learning for classification tasks.
• Experience building hybrid deterministic + ML solutions for ambiguous cases.
• Strong Python programming and ML workflow development.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end model delivery from prototyping through stabilization.
• Design models for health attributes (species, gender, breed, age) and risk mappings.
• Create model cards and governance documentation for reproducibility.
