Perficient is seeking a Data Migration Consultant to lead and support complex enterprise data migration initiatives across multiple platforms. The role requires 5+ years of experience in data migration and hands-on Dataiku, with strong SQL skills and data quality management.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, define STM mappings, and oversee end-to-end migration activities from legacy systems to target platforms, ensuring governance and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Migration, Data Analysis, Data Management, or Data Integration roles.
• Hands-on Dataiku experience to support data migration, transformation, cleansing, deduplication, and validation activities.
• Strong experience with large-scale data migration projects.
• Expertise in: Data Mapping, Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Transformation, Data Cleansing, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation and Data Quality Management.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and large-scale marketing data migrations is strongly preferred.
• Advanced English Skills (B2/C1)

• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security standards are maintained throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Produce documentation, migration reports, and quality metrics.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Consultant to lead and support complex enterprise data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data extraction, profiling, transformation, cleansing, deduplication, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities across multiple business platforms and applications.

This role requires strong expertise in data quality management, source-to-target mapping, migration planning, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate, compliant, and successful migration of business‑critical data. This position is open to candidates living in Colombia or Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
