• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering end-to-end data platform initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of GCP data architecture and BigQuery.
• Expert SQL and data modeling skills; ETL/ELT mastery.
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tooling.

We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to spearhead a GCP-based data platform initiative. This role centers on leading the design, development, and evolution of data pipelines and analytics infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, shaping a scalable and reliable data ecosystem that fuels reporting and analytics across the organization.
