DATA4 is seeking a Design Manager to lead end-to-end design of data centre and campus infrastructure projects, ensuring solutions meet Data4's design standards, customer requirements, programme constraints, and quality and performance standards. The role owns campus design delivery and acts as the technical authority across CSA, MEP, controls, networks, and power substations.

• Experience leading multi-discipline design scopes across campus and data hall infrastructure.
• Ability to balance technical performance, cost, schedule and supply chain constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design delivery: Own high-level, low-level, and campus masterplanning design.
• Act as technical authority across CSA, MEP, controls, networks, and power substations.
• Interface with clients during sales and delivery of data centre projects.
• Lead permitting processes and ensure designs meet regulatory and permitting requirements.
• Define construction methods and ensure designs are buildable within delivery constraints.
• Coordinate commissioning readiness and validate commissioning protocols.
• Engage with stakeholders to support technical discussions and contract negotiations.
• Drive project alignment with schedule and cost targets.
