Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements and stakeholder alignment for a software delivery team. You will connect business needs to technical execution, support delivery tracking and UAT, and ensure high-quality outcomes across the lifecycle.

With 5+ years of business analysis experience, you will manage stakeholders across product, business, and engineering groups, define acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from design to deployment in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience on software development initiatives.
• Advanced stakeholder management across business, product, and engineering groups.
• Requirements lifecycle management with traceability through design, build, test, and release.
• Strong data analysis to define KPIs and deliver insights.
• Hands-on experience using LLM-based tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Excellent documentation for requirements, workflows, and guides.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation across stakeholders to capture business needs.

• Translate business needs into testable requirements for technical teams.
• Maintain traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication to align priorities and scope.

• Plan and coordinate UAT with scenarios and sign-off.
• Support post-deployment validation and resolve gaps.
• Document current and future workflows and business processes.
• Produce user-facing documentation for new features and workflows.
• Use LLM-based tools to analyze technical docs and streamline work.

• Track delivery progress, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items and report status in business-focused terms
• Plan and coordinate UAT by defining scenarios, facilitating sessions, documenting results, and securing sign-off
• Support post-deployment validation to confirm outcomes and address gaps
• Document current and future workflows, business processes, and system changes
• Produce user-facing documentation for new features, behaviors, and operational workflows
• Use LLM-based tools to analyze technical documentation, extract insights, and streamline requirements and documentation work

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience on software development initiatives
• Advanced stakeholder management experience across business, product, and engineering groups
• Proven requirements lifecycle management expertise with traceability through design, build, test, and release
• Strong data analysis skills to define KPIs, interpret trends, and produce delivery insights
• Hands-on large language models (LLM) experience using tools to accelerate analysis and documentation
• Excellent documentation skills for requirements, workflows, user guides, and project artifacts
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to clarify ambiguity and validate solutions
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)

Nice to have

• Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
• Project Management certification such as PMP or CSM
• Experience with enterprise-scale software products
• Experience with system integration or modernization programs
• Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies
