The ideal candidate possesses over 2 years of team leadership experience, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and expertise in Python, Linux, and Cloud technologies. Formación

• Over 2 years of experience with team leadership in backend development.
• Proficient in Python, Linux, and Cloud technologies.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (B2-C1 Level).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure stable and efficient daily operations of the CCR application.
• Support requests from Risk Management and Front Office teams.
• Lead operational activities including post-implementation verification.
• Identify issues and implement hotfixes as needed.
• Collaborate with development teams for improvements.
• Manage and mentor a team of three analysts/engineers.
