Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Android Developer to build and evolve high-quality native mobile apps with a strong Android focus. You will shape architecture, raise engineering standards, and mentor others as you collaborate across mobile platforms.

You will design Kotlin-based Android applications, write clean code, review quality, and help drive architecture decisions that improve scalability and performance while partnering with iOS teams to align practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering native mobile apps with strong Android focus.
• Lead-level mentorship and ability to influence engineering standards.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams with iterative delivery.
• Strong Android SDK knowledge and best practices for production apps.
