EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead AI Solution Engineer to build an agentic AI workflow platform that verifies supplier compliance with consolidated logistics rates. You will collaborate across US and India time zones to deliver a secure, CI/CD-enabled solution on Gemini Enterprise and Azure.

Responsibilities include designing the orchestrator, building validation pipelines, and implementing Python services for integrations with SAP & Oracle systems. Strong English and leadership are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering with production-grade delivery.
• Experience designing AI-enabled platforms or workflow/orchestration systems.
• Strong technical leadership to guide architecture decisions.
• Hands-on delivery across distributed stakeholders and time zones.
• Extensive CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps.
• Proficient with Google Gemini Enterprise for agent development.
• Strong Python skills and API development for integrations.
• Experience integrating SAP or Oracle databases.
• Excellent spoken and written English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Design the agentic orchestrator and orchestration architecture for supplier compliance verification.
• Build initial validation pipeline with flat-file checks and auditable rules.
• Develop agent workflows using Google Gemini Enterprise capabilities.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation.
• Define secure authentication and access patterns.
• Develop Python-based services and APIs for orchestration and integrations.
• Plan future connectivity to Oracle Transportation Management and SAP.
• Collaborate across US and India time zones with stakeholders.
• Write maintainable code and engineering docs; troubleshoot platform reliability.
