Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Project Manager for Launch & Commercialization Excellence in Bogotá, Colombia. You will orchestrate pre-launch and launch activities, align with global frameworks, and drive Agile practices across diverse teams to ensure successful market introductions.

You will collaborate with marketing, medical, regulatory, and digital partners, manage timelines, risk, and documentation, and influence decision-making while supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience in healthcare, pharma or related fields.
Experience leading cross-functional, multi-market initiatives.
Proficiency with PMO and Agile tools for workflows, dashboards and reporting.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead all pre-launch and launch activities across global teams.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines and milestones.
Track progress using Agile methodologies for visibility and fast decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, medical, regulatory, legal and digital teams.
Identify risks early, propose mitigation actions and keep teams ahead of bottlenecks.
Manage documentation, templates and materials across centralized systems.
Support continuous improvement of launch excellence processes and tools.
