Amgen seeks a Global Value & Access Senior Manager for LATAM with flexible location across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico City. You will drive regional HTA and reimbursement strategies, align pricing governance, and support launch execution to optimize patient access and pricing.

Collaborate with regional and affiliate teams to ensure strong value propositions, model payer dynamics, and guide strategic initiatives that improve access across LATAM.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced English is mandatory and will be assessed.
• Experience in Market access, HEOR, or Marketing in pharma/biotech.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to inform pricing and access decisions.

• Partner with affiliates to tailor HTA and reimbursement strategies.
• Lead price governance across LATAM to ensure consistency with regional bands.
• Support launch planning and lifecycle management to optimize patient access and pricing.
• Provide strategic input on forecasting and regional finance assumptions.
• Develop VA&P capabilities and share best practices across sub-regions.
