Amgen Inc. (IR) seeks a Global Value & Access Senior Manager for LATAM to tailor pricing and access strategies across Colombia, Argentina and Mexico City. You will collaborate with IAS, HEOR, Supply, Legal, Marketing and Medical to ensure pricing governance and successful launches.

Advanced English is required. A background in market access, HEOR or marketing with a doctorate, master's, or bachelor’s degree is expected.

Formación

• Advanced English is mandatory and assessed during the interview.
• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor degree with 4–8 years in market access/HEOR/marketing.
• Experience in pricing, HTA, reimbursement and payer engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain pricing and access strategies across LATAM affiliates.
• Collaborate with IAS, HEOR, Supply, Legal, Marketing and Medical to align strategies.
• Lead governance of pricing dossiers and ensure consistency with regional bands.
• Support affiliates with payer negotiations and launch readiness.
• Assess IRP risks and financial impact across scenarios for leadership review.
• Share best practices to develop VA&P capabilities across the sub-region.
