Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a LATAM Trade & Transportation Lead, based in Latin America (Colombia or Brazil) to oversee regional transportation networks and trade compliance.

The role partners with regional and global teams to ensure cost-efficient, compliant product movement from manufacturing sites to distribution centers, hospitals, and distributors, while meeting border and customs requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Experience leading LATAM trade & transportation or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of customs, import/export regulations.
• Experience partnering with regional/global supply chain teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide regional leadership for LATAM trade and transportation operations.
• Oversee and standardize trade processes and documentation.
• Monitor trade performance metrics and drive CAPA.
• Lead collaborations with brokers, carriers, and authorities to ensure compliant execution.
