Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 6–8 years in supply chain, transportation, or trade roles at manager level.
• Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and LATAM operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional LATAM trade leadership ensuring compliance with customs and import/export regulations.
• Oversee and standardize trade processes, controls, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Drive optimized transportation flows and manage relationships with logistics providers.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to enable uninterrupted product flow and cost improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support product launches with supply chain impacts.
