Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing and trade initiatives for The Ordinary across Latin America distributors and retailers. You will monitor performance, coordinate campaigns and launches, and ensure alignment with global brand standards while supporting budgets and forecasts.

The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing, trade marketing, commercial operations, sales support, or business analysis.
• Experience working with distributors, retailers, or commercial partners preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance, market trends, and business data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and other key performance indicators to assess business performance.
• Prepare regular business reports and performance dashboards for local and regional stakeholders.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers through data analysis and market insights.
• Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
• Track campaign performance and support post-activity analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.
