Job summary

R2 is scaling quickly and seeks a Product Operations Manager (M4) to lead core operations across Latin America. You will own day-to-day performance in Customer Support, Product Operations, and Payments, guiding a team of leads and analysts, while partnering with Product and Engineering to drive scalable improvements.

Fluent in Spanish and professional English, you will operate across multiple markets, setting KPIs, driving automation, and ensuring strong SLAs.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in operations at fintech or payments.
• 2+ years leading and scaling teams.
• Experience across Latin America.
• Data-driven with KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Support, Payments, and Product Operations teams.
• Shape product strategy and geo expansion with leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks using data and drive end-to-end optimization.
• Own ops performance across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile incl. SLAs and costs.
• Define and track core KPIs and translate into priorities.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to increase leverage.
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Finance for controls.
• Act as ops counterpart for Product, Eng, Growth, Risk; translate pain points to product requirements.
• Manage escalations and report health to leadership.
