Cultural Care Au Pair in Bogotá is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to translate local strategies into effective campaigns across Latin America.

You will work with local market teams and the central marketing team in Zurich to tailor content, manage projects, and measure outcomes. The role requires a degree in marketing or related field and at least three years of experience, plus English and Spanish fluency.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• At least three years of professional marketing experience.
• Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Ability to travel within LATAM and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong local market relationships.
• Support marketing activities across LATAM markets.
• Work with local teams to understand audiences and market needs.
• Link Latin American markets with the central marketing team in Zurich.
• Coordinate local marketing projects from brief to execution.
• Collaborate with the creative team to adapt content for local audiences.
• Coordinate campaigns across channels: social, email, digital content, events, print.
• Roll out central campaigns across Latin America, ensuring regional relevance.
• Coordinate feedback, translations and content adaptations with local teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals.
• Share local insights and market feedback with the wider team.
• Help identify opportunities to improve audience connection.
