Iron Mountain seeks an HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to develop, implement, and maintain policies across LATAM, ensuring strict legal and internal standards compliance. You will minimize risks while supporting sustainable growth and partner with regional teams and auditors.

You will build data-driven compliance practices, leverage HRIS systems, and train staff to promote ethical business conduct across Colombia, Mexico, and other LATAM locations.

Formación

• Proven experience in HR compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs in LATAM.
• Knowledge of LATAM regulatory frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
• Strong risk assessment and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
