Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Trials Associate to support the clinical project team in Argentina or Mexico. You will handle administrative tasks, tracking, and document management to ensure timely delivery of trial deliverables.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. You will collaborate with project managers, CRAs, and site teams to maintain high quality trial data and archives.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal English, plus fluency in the country language.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and exercise independent judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality of work.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange and track system access for project team.
• Maintain and quality audit to ensure latest revisions on project portals.
• Assist with preparation and shipment of trial documentation.
• Maintain version and quality control of project documentation and submit to trial master file.
• Assist with tracking and maintenance of site-related information and logs.
