Equinix, Inc. in Colombia is seeking a Billing, Credit & Collections Manager to own global billing operations for LATAM. You will lead teams across regions, drive cash flow optimization, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal, and a focus on process automation and control. Leadership will shape efficient, scalable billing programs.

Formación

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Experience in Billing, Credit, Collections, or Financial Operations.
• Experience leading large teams (10+ direct/indirect reports) in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of LATAM tax and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Billing, Credit & Collections operations for LATAM.
• Ensure compliance with LATAM tax legislation and regulations.
• Manage 10+ team members and foster performance.
• Oversee invoice generation, disputes, credit risk, and collections.
• Drive process improvements and system transformations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deal Management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control.
• Ensure SOX adherence and audit readiness.
• Monitor metrics on billing accuracy, aging, cash collections.
• Lead change management and clear communications.
• Coach team to think strategically in a changing environment.
