Prometeo Talent is partnering with an international digital services company in the iGaming space to expand affiliate partnerships across LATAM. We’re seeking an Affiliate Manager to identify, recruit, and onboard partners, while aligning with marketing and analytics teams to drive performance.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of affiliate management experience in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Strong LATAM market experience and network of affiliates.
• Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive performance-based growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements.
• Monitor performance metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
