AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. You will be responsible for automation, tooling, and incident management to ensure reliability and performance.

The role requires hands-on Kubernetes in production, strong Linux skills, experience with a cloud provider (Azure or AWS), and upper-intermediate English, with flexible tooling and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Strong Linux and CLI fundamentals.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
• Work with observability tooling to keep alerts actionable.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including root cause analysis.
• Onboard and support new clients on the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Support software and hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform.
