Job summary
AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, focusing on automation, tooling, and incident response.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
- Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
- Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
- Ability to debug complex systems end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across public and private cloud environments.
- Use observability tooling to keep alerts actionable with runbooks and docs.
- Manage incidents end-to-end including RCA and post-incident reviews.
- Onboard and support new clients on the platform.
- Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual effort.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support software/hardware upgrades and keep components up to date.
- Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform.
