Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Experience with public cloud providers, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across cloud environments.
• Use observability tooling to maintain actionable alerts and runbooks.
• Manage incidents from detection to post-incident reviews.
• Onboard new clients to the platform and ensure smooth adoption.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual work and improve performance.
• Identify process improvements and support upgrades.
