Capgemini Engineering in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to handle operational and troubleshooting tasks for Kubernetes-based platform services, including Port.io and an Argo DevSecOps framework. You will work with developers and operations to sustain stability and performance.

You will also maintain Helm charts, deployment artifacts, and CI/CD pipelines while documenting support processes.

Formación

• Proven experience in managing and supporting Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Familiarity with Port.io and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Docker containerization.
• Experience writing Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana).
• Strong troubleshooting in networking, Linux, and distributed systems.
• Scripting skills (Bash or Python) for automation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Kubernetes clusters and Port.io.
• Monitor health and performance of Kubernetes clusters and Argo environments.
• Investigate issues related to networking, storage, security, deployments.
• Collaborate with development and operations to improve stability and automation.
• Help troubleshoot container images.
• Manage Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, YAML configurations.
• Use GitLab CI runners.
• Develop and maintain documentation for support processes.
• Ensure timely incident resolution and status updates.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
