Capgemini Engineering in Colombia seeks a skilled Support Engineer to provide operational support for Kubernetes‑based platform services, Port.io, and Argo DevSecOps. You will collaborate with developers, operations, and clients to ensure stability and reliability.

You’ll monitor clusters with Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana and Kibana, troubleshoot networking, storage and deployments, and help automate maintenance tasks. On‑call coverage is required for 24/7 support.

Formación

• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Familiarity with Port.io or similar platform services and cloud‑native technologies.
• Strong containerization knowledge (Docker) and deployment tooling.
• Proficiency with Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Flux).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Kubernetes clusters, Port.io, Argo DevSecOps platform, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor health and performance of Kubernetes clusters using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana.
• Troubleshoot networking, storage, security, and deployments; automate routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with development and operations to improve platform stability and automate tasks.
• Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and best practices.
