Hilton is seeking a Culinary Apprentice through the AHLAF program to gain hands-on kitchen experience in a professional hotel environment. You will work alongside experienced chefs to learn food prep, cooking, and plating, while contributing to menu development and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination
• Participate in AHLAF development programs: Complete AHLAF-provided online training to gain new skills and knowledge and advance your culinary career
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
