Hilton in Colombia is seeking a Catering Manager to lead planning and execution of catered events, delivering memorable hospitality that elevates every guest stay.

You’ll design menus and events, solicit new business, cultivate corporate relationships, and ensure flawless on-site coordination from pre-event to post-event.

• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
