Job summary

POSITION: Junior GIS Analyst

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Compensation: Up to 1200 USD/month (depending on the employer, your experience, and performance)

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• 1-3 years of hands-on GIS experience (cadastral, parcel mapping, infrastructure, environmental, or similar).
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro.
• ArcMap experience is a strong plus.
• Experience digitizing, georeferencing, creating shapefiles, and managing geodatabases.
• Comfortable reading property descriptions or land documents to extract boundary data.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy across multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data validation and attribute management.
• Self-directed and organized working remotely with minimal daily supervision.
• Strong written English.
