PXP Studios, sede en Bogotá, busca un Finish Artist con más de 3 años de experiencia para asegurar que las piezas gráficas cumplan especificaciones técnicas y legales para impresión digital o litográfica. El/la candidato/a coordinará con producción y equipos creativos para entregar trabajos finales de alta calidad.

La persona ideal maneja Adobe Creative Suite al más alto nivel y aporta rigor en resolución de imágenes y perfiles de color.

Formación

• Experiencia de 3+ años en roles de finishing en agencias de publicidad o producción audiovisual.
• Conocimiento de guías de marcas y restricciones legales aplicables.

Responsabilidades

• Mantener conocimiento actualizado de las guías de marca de los clientes y restricciones legales.
• Revisar órdenes de producción y solicitar borradores finales aprobados para iniciar el proceso de acabado.
• Asegurar que elementos, imágenes y fuentes cumplan requisitos para la finalización.
• Finalizar piezas gráficas según especificaciones y adaptar tamaño y diseño.
• Coordinar con el área de producción gráfica para verificar requisitos técnicos de la impresión.
• Revisar y aprobar color en pruebas digitales antes de producción.
• Entregar piezas finalizadas a las partes creativas y mantener copias de seguridad organizadas por cliente, año y campaña.
• Garantizar manejo confidencial de información y activos de marca, cumpliendo políticas internas.

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are seeking a Finish Artist with over 3 years of experience in the role at advertising agencies or audiovisual production companies. Their mission will be to ensure that graphic pieces meet technical and legal specifications to initiate the digital or lithographic printing process.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned clients' brand guidelines and applicable legal restrictions.


• Review production orders and request final approved drafts from the creative team to initiate the finishing process.


• Ensure all elements, images, and fonts in drafts are complete and meet the requirements for finalization.


• Finalize graphic pieces according to specifications and adapt approved designs in terms of size and layout.


• Coordinate with the graphic production area to verify technical requirements for print machine setup.


• Review and approve color in digital proofs before releasing to production.


• Deliver finalized pieces to creative stakeholders and maintain organized backups of all finished work by client, year, and campaign.


• Ensure confidential handling and security of client information and brand assets, complying with internal agency policies and client-defined norms.

Cualificaciones

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, in addition to Acrobat.


• Demonstrated experiencein finalizing and adjusting graphic materials for print, along with expertise in image resolution and color profiles.


• Basic knowledgeof graphic production and printing systems.


• Effective communication skillsfor collaborating with creative and technical teams.
