Formación

• 1-4 years of experience in customer support within B2B SaaS.
• Direct experience with CRMs, reporting, integrations, and automation.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active support projects with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for support tickets via help desk, phone, and other channels.
• Handle calls, emails, Zoom sessions, and tickets with focus on first-call resolution.
