Job summary

NielsenIQ in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking an entry‑level Data Insight Analyst to extract, analyze, and interpret data using NIQ Discover and other internal tools, and to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

You will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, build compelling PowerPoint narratives, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and support onboarding of internal clients on tools and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Up to 1 year of experience in FMCG, Retail, Tech & Durables, or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic Excel; NIQ Discover is a strong plus.
• Fluent English communication (B2/C1) in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, professional communication to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Present insights and recommendations to internal or external stakeholders when required.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data using NIQ Discover and other internal tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve brand health and customer experience.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Build compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate findings.
• Ensure deliverables meet internal standards for clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
• Support storytelling through structured narratives and data visualizations.
• Assist in onboarding and training internal clients on tools and services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and internal strategic projects.
