NIQ in Bogotá is seeking a Jr Market Intelligence Analyst to serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing inquiries and tracking deliverables. You will grow in customer service, data management, and international collaboration in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

The role focuses on delivering data-driven insights with accuracy, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to client satisfaction.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or retail industry.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing professional, timely support.
• Manage and follow up on requests related to NIQ data, reports, and deliverables.
• Monitor execution and delivery of products and services to ensure deadlines and quality.
• Investigate data/process issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Perform quality control checks and data validations for accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Data Delivery, and other teams for a seamless client experience.
• Maintain structured tracking of inquiries, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Support creation and delivery of snapshots, reports, and client materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
