Holcim is seeking an ITSM Digital Process Engineer to drive process engineering, automation, and data analytics across ITSM ecosystems in the Americas. You will design, build, and maintain automation rules (Jira/ServiceNow), ETL pipelines (BigQuery), and executive dashboards (Looker Studio/Qlik Sense) to improve service quality and governance.

You will own the BI stack, automate data flows, and collaborate across teams to enable data-driven decision making, in a dynamic ADC environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of domain experience in ITSM, process engineering, or automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript or Groovy.
• Experience with REST APIs, Jira and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with data analytics and cloud tools like BigQuery and Looker/Qlik.

Responsabilidades

• Workflow and process automation using Jira Service Management and ServiceNow.
• Develop and monitor ETL data pipelines and Python scripts for BigQuery imports.
• Configure and support Exalate Groovy sync between Jira and ServiceNow.
• Own BI reporting with Looker Studio and Qlik Sense for KPIs and dashboards.
• Manage code in GitLab and ensure CI/CD workflows.
• Identify AI-driven automation opportunities for ITSM processes.
• Maintain backlog health and enforce change-control across teams.
